One VERY important point to note before everyone starts firing both barrels of
their respective guns... The GM in question was actually transmitting on 7103kHz
(NOT 7003kHz). And was therefore adhereing to the license as per the recent Ofcom
N.o.V. Whether it is wrong to listen on 7022kHz or not is another question over
which, I am sure, everyone will make up there own mind!

Perhaps adherence to relevent band plans should be a condition attached to
RSGB issued contest calls. Withdrawal for non compliance or shot at dawn?
