Like any other sports person from Olympic athlete, to Formula 1 driver, to
International Footballer, I will strive to do my utmost in the Contests I
choose to take part in. I obey the LAW, abide by the terms and conditions
of my licence and the RULES of the Contest.
Voluntary agreements such as bandplans which are ONLY recommendations take
second place as far as I am concerned.
We must be the only Nation in the world who encourages our sportsmen and
women to take part in their chosen sports with one hand tied behind their
backs.
