[UK-CONTEST] SD for The Ukranian DX Contest.

The Ukrainian DX Contest takes place from 12:00 UTC Saturday
6th November to 12:00 UTC Sunday 7th November. Full rules at

SD directly supports this contest.  It runs on any
Windows PC and is freeware from www.ei5di.com.

For stations outside the Ukraine, it's mixed-mode only - it
pays to know CW!

Single ops have the following options:
A.  All Bands Mixed HP
B.  All Bands Mixed LP  (up to 150w)
C.  All Bands Mixed QRP (up to 5w)
D.  Single Band Mixed

All Bands - 160m to 10m (excluding WARC bands).
There's a 10-minute rule for band changes, other than
for multiplier QSOs.

Work everyone, exchange 59(9) + Serial.  Ukraine stations
will send 59(9) + oblast (2 characters), but no serial.

After the contest, use SDCHECK (Option 1) to create your
Cabrillo format .LOG file.  Rename it to YOURCALL.LOG and
email it, as an attached file, to urdx at ham.kiev.ua within
30 days.  For the Contest Name, specify UKRAINIAN DX 2004.

You can enter in a single-band category even if you have
QSOs on other bands - leave them in your Cabrillo log, but
specify the individual band, rather than ALL, when running
SDCHECK.
