I expect they are a little behind... Of course if it was sent as 
anonymous the rest of us won't be able to identify it.

My response is there - sergeant.pdf - unless they have taken it off..

I also received a copy of the IEE response directly from them as I 
had fed input to that - seemed very similar to my own response..

I was confused about the email from Chris SJJ. The deadline for 
submitting replies was yesterday, August 18th. Presumably now 
reponses are rejected.
