[UK-CONTEST] Intruder on 7019

And what about all the 40m amateur beacons: including an IZ on 7.0002; 
an unidentified station on 7.0333 [continuous DX spots]; and a PA in 
France on 7.0344 [doing months and months of ANT1/ANT2 tests].

Are these stations really providing useful 'information services', or 
are personal beacons just hogging the band, and eroding our 40m CW 
communication segment, rather like the PSK on 7.019?
