Go out to the local metal store and buy a few feet of steel pipe with an 
i/d of 2" that will allow standard scaffold poles to rotate inside it - 
cut it into 4"  lengths -  Then a conventional 3 or 4 way clamp around 
the sleeve and a bolt through the pole under it should give you a cheap 
solution.
