There is (or certainly was) a much cheaper solution.
Buy the keyer chip from WL and build your own
circuitry. It's all quite simple and can be built on
Veroboard (or vectorboard as I'm now supposed to say).
That way, you can also make it do exactly what you
need rather than what Ron thinks you need!
