[UK-CONTEST] Open Source Contest Logger

There is a contest logger published under GPL:

TLF, written by Rein Couperus, PA0R. Unfortunately it
is not platform independent as it runs under Linux.

I did try an earlier version and it seemed quite fine
(it is very similar to TR), but like most of us I am
rather stuck with Windoze for so many other
applications. I don't see a lot of difference in
principle between booting into DOS or booting into
Linux specially for contests!

One day I will get the enthusiasm to try it really
properly.
