Hi

Anyone know who operates gw6yb in vhf contests?  I'm just wondering how they're always such a good tropo signal here on 50mhz!   I've worked them in previous contests and they're usually way ahead of anyone else down there.  When I worked them on Saturday they were peaking S9 on the meter, usually tropo from the IOX1 belt is just above the noise.  The only other decent southern signal was M0BAA/p JO01 (when they beamed at me!).  Nice to hear a strong GI on as well.
