[UK-CONTEST] CC 19 May - Results

I see I was apparently docked some of the the QSOs where I inadvertently gave the same number to 2 people in a row (but showed the actual numbers sent correctly in the submitted log).  I guess this can happen during automated log checking in some way.  Not griping, but interested to know:

1.    Is this covered somehow in the rules?
2.    What happened to the poor blighters on the other end of the disallowed QSOs?

Anyone help with this?
