A brilliant idea (no, I mean it!).  Now to get the HFCC to request the
funding from Council (my ****).  Commercial sponsorship of a website is a
possibility but unfortunately there's no time for on-air "spots".  Or
Government (FCO perhaps?).  It wouldn't surprise me if some of the east eu
countries have gone along this path.  Someone's paying for those fancy
contest sites and results booklets.   New country, needs to be put on the
map.  And its towards these areas that CW activity and expertise are now
gravitating.

Anyone have an intro to lottery funding "To Bring UK Radiosport Up To World
Standards"?  How many of these sponsored schemes have a potential
beneficiary base of 50,000 folks?  Need an estimate of the cost first of
course.  Any ideas?  OK OK, I'll shut up . . .
