[UK-CONTEST] Excel to Cabrillo (text) file - help pse?

Trivial Nigel - Paste-special (unformatted text) into Ultraedit or
equivalent, and you can then manipulate the columns to your heart's content.
I do it all the time when people send Excel logs for the IOTA contest.
