[UK-CONTEST] File Conversions

Why does the Contest Committee not provide the adjudicators with a software
package which allows contest adjudication so we are all doing the same
thing. The only software I have is a disk which I have had for years and
was written by Chris VHB, probably before Cabrillo was invented. Is there
anything more modern available?

Having said that, I think it would be a waste of time for 21/28 because of
the very high level of uniques due to the rules and propagation.
