That would be a good move for me. Right now you sort of get forced down to
the band edges - blocking the bottom 10 kHz off would be no hardship &
reduce the agro.

I think this is worth considering. Although it would make choice of
operating frequency on 80 a tad tricky, I do feel bad having run-ins with
the DX police every BERU. One was particularly trying this year, and only
gave up when I was called by some VK on 80. As Bob says, BERU is not a huge
contest, so we can't really put forward a volume of stations argument for
busting the agreement about the DX/non-contest window.

What does everyone else think ?
