[UK-CONTEST] Russian contest

Can anyone tell me what the set up is for the russian contest this weekend using SD software.
I had a stab last night but was unsure what  to select in some of the fields.
I think its option 10 to start with.
Looks like a fun contest to develop my skills for a few hours.
I think I might struggle with logging at the same speed I can work them.You guys must have 4 hands.
