For me Bob has expressed the utility of the RST, it provides a heads-up that vital contest exchange is about to be sent, I welcome it and hope it continues, however abreviated.  It is generally impossible to pass " genuine " RSTs as the meter is generally totally incorrect either as AGC is off or QRM raises it to the usual S9.
