It is important to remember that the referenced report addresses ONLY the
responses of the 1500 or so who returned the unsolicited questionnaires
sent out by MORI to 4500 randomly selected licensees. It does not include
ANY of the comments sent to OFCOM as part of their general solicitation to
all licensees. That will probably not be analysed for another couple of
months as I gather they were overwhelmed.

The methodology used by MORI is academically good and will, I'm sure, be
held up as a representative sample by OFCOM  - the responses the rest of us
sent in will be seen as 'the views of the active group' and it will be
interesting to see how OFCOM builds these in to the overall result.  This
is all assuming that the decision is not already made (cynical - moi?)
