The methodology section of the MORI report says OFCOM gave them a list and
they used the SPSS software package to generate random samples. We could
ask what parameters they used, but I'd be very surprised if MORI would
allow themselves to be persuaded into a non-representative sample (and then
not report it in their findings).
Equally, I'd be absolutely delighted to think that OFCOM knew enough about
us licensees to make meaningful inputs so as to bias the survey in their
favour!

(http://www.southdown-amateur-radio-society.co.uk) on 7th Nov. I'd be
happy to pose questions to Gavin that anyone on this reflector thinks would
be helpful.
