[UK-CONTEST] 80M CC Contests

Hiya Folks

I was intrigued to read that the 2006 round of the 80M contests
Would start in February rather than January because, "propagation has been
appalling in January and it has been difficult to work other UK stns."

Yes, it was difficult, but in January last year over 17 of the entrants in
the SSB event made more than 100 QSOs.  That doesn't seem too bad to me.
Points are related to the highest scoring station so the absolute numbers
are in any case irrelevant.

I guess I hadn't realised that contests were supposed to be easy.
