[UK-CONTEST] GM0GAV 2nd 1.8 MHz Contest

My first entry into this contest, enjoyed it and the format is good. Like G3BJ a last minute decision to participate, my wife was out for the evening so was looking after our 11 month old son. Glad to say he was sound asleep the whole time!

Didn't think conditions were very good, North Americans were scarce and weak. Pick of the DX was PJ2/K8ND and then VQ9LA  who called 5 mins before the end. Had a struggle with power line noise for the first 45 mins, but glad to say it disappeared for the remainder of the contest.

Antennas: Inverted L with 8 elevated radials + K9AY loops for rx.

Final score 241 Q's, 30 countries, 47 districts giving 1108 points.

Well done to GD0EMG, he was 10 - 15 Q's ahead of me by the end of the contest.
