I've been following this thread and, like 5B4 Bob, my business experience 
tells me that it is likely to be a difficult task to turn it around.  But, 
as Bob says, it's not the editor's fault - it's the person or committee 
that employed him who are to blame - they should have known better.  And 
while I agree with Dave BUO that we should do something about it, our 
letters should go to Peter Kirby not the editor.

Perhaps Steve JVG could be persuaded to do some 'electronic' consultancy 
for a while, perhaps someone at HQ could do a sanity check (e.g. VLF versus 
VHF; dumb front covers etc.), perhaps we need a new editor.  These are all 
responsibilities of the General Manager.  RadCom is a specialist magazine 
and needs a specialist editor - we should ensure the GM is aware of the 
unrest.  Anyone going to the AGM? - that would be a good forum to raise the 
subject.
