[UK-CONTEST] Russian naval beacons

All the Russian naval beacons on 7038/7039 seem to be going a dinger 
tonight... including a new one "A" which is a solid 20-30 over 9 here, 
eclipsing even old faithful "C" in Moscow.

Anyone have any more information?  They are good propagation beacons if you 
know where they are located.
