I'd be quite happy to print my cert from a PDF on the web. Perhaps they could send a password/access code to winners, and they could access their certificate like that. I have just received my 1st place in Shetland 2003 certificate. Great.

Les/Chris
Postal cost of using hard back (photograph types) is roughly 3x plus the
extra cost of envelope 2p>27p in bulk. Moving to non-tear airmail won't
solve the problem except perhaps for the rain damage.
Les I would take it up with your postie, it was pouring down here but
nothing got wet or even damp.
The other problem CQ should address is the non-standard size of their
contest certificates.
I use hard back envelopes all the time for Certificate distribution to try
and avoid damage. Certificates mean different things to different people. Of
course the ultimate solution is to roll and tube them but again it gets
expensive I have the problem with WITUZ and Commonwealth Certificates they
must be rolled as by definition they will get bent or folded due to being
outsize.
I received 2-of which one is not for me..
No1 was Vic G4BYG effort M2D in 2002 CQWW CW 160m #3 World #2 Europe #1
England
No2 was my effort in CQWW Fone 2003 "Assisted all band SSB" must have been a
rare day me on SSB..
