[UK-CONTEST] SSB Field day this weekend

Information, for those interested in IARU Region I Field Day, the categories
differ to the RSGB Field Day - note, there is category F for fixed stations.

We have categories for stations outside of Germany:

-       category D 
for /p stations outside Germany
        - OA = open qrp single operator max. 18h
        - EK = restricted 100W
        - OB/qrp = open 5W
        - OB = open 100W
        - OC = open legal power
        
-       category F for fixed stations
-       check log
