[UK-CONTEST] Farewell to G-Land, How to unsubscribe? G3ZBE

Hi
Sue and I are relocating back to Scotland on the 3rd October.  I want to
unsubscribe from this reflector for a while, so I don't get hundreds of
emails piling up in my inbox while I have no internet.

But I have forgotten how to do it!  Can anyone remind me?
