Hi all,
I too have been following the thread with interest.  I see no problem
with having a 'public' cluster connection ( I know, I'm biased ;-) ) but
tome this whole thing hinges on one phrase,

I don't see this anywhere in the rules which is a shame.  To me, the use
of another receive station in the restricted section is simply wrong.
If another station has been used in ANY way to pass possible Q's on to
the run station, then it is not an entry in the restricted section.

Restricted should mean exactly that IMHO.  I would be happy not to have
cluster access and I would go even further and say that the antenna
should be a single element, non rotatable etc.
