[UK-CONTEST] Rules debate

We are not the only ones having the rules debate, seems the problems we see are universal!  
A couple of recent quotes from the CQ-Contest reflector.

Interesting to see another view of the big IOTA multi-multi stations and a great idea to publish the full contest logs for examination.  Is that possible or desirable?
