[UK-CONTEST] RSGB 7MHz DX Contest

This was one of the few contests that I used to enjoy doing from home as  
it had a sensible restricted section (the 21/28 was the other one). As it  
was ditched a while back (before I managed to win it) can anyone suggest  
another 7MHz contest where the playing field is level for entrants with  
100W and low single element wire aerials?

PS can the HF CC introduce a rule into the 80m CC such that winning teams  
cannot win two years in a row? It runs on far too long and I am fed up  
with it.
