[UK-CONTEST] RSGB 21/28 MHz Contest

Colin, now why didn't I suggest that before? Come to think of it, I did 
at the HF Convention in 2003 I recall and HFCC seemed to agree with my 
proposal to give it a try!

SO CW section as per now, SO SSB section as per now, Dual Mode SO or MO.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could have a decision to go ahead and give it 
a try!!??
