Can I add my voice in support of that suggestion - or else a 
everyone-works-everyone with bonus points for the Commonwealth?  Say 1 pt 
own continent, 53points other contintents and a 20 point bonus for the first 
three QSOs with each Commonwealth call area?  And maybe 5 points for each 
Commonwealth QSO?
