[UK-CONTEST] UK-Contest Digest ref 21/28MHz Contests

Well, I thought the Jubilee contest was relatively successful bearing in  
mind the time of year that it was held.
So should the 21/28MHz be replaced with the jubilee type format and in  the 
October slot it would benefit from better condx. Or even move the date  
slightly so it coincides with the VK/ZL/Oceania dx contest(s).
