[UK-CONTEST] RTTY macros

Hi, just finished  Marconi day  as GB6MD, a funny thing happened when useing 
rtty. (We programmed the macro's to be as brief as possible but stated 
Marconi day). A  polish station answered our cq , we replied  sending 599 
etc, he replied asking for a number, we said "not in contest," he kept 
asking for "a number", we replied and gave him one, he came back and said 
number no good "READ THE RULES"--
