[UK-CONTEST] Contest QSLing policies

Hello Andy,
If you receive a request for a QSL for either a contest or non-contest QSO,
please send a reply. It's as simple as that!
However if the incoming card specifically says "QSL not needed" or some
such, then there's no need to reply.
The GM8 prefix is a rarity for many contesters and HF'ers, so your cards
will be much appreciated by the recipients.
As you say, replying to QSLs should be not great chore if you use computer
logging and labels etc.
Please adopt an open, friendly and positive approach to QSLing. Particularly
in replying to incoming cards. It will be much appreciated by the many who
actively enjoy collecting QSLs, as a key part of the hobby of Amateur Radio.
Also keep things simple. Avoid using a "QSL Manager". Handle your own QSLs.
Don't expect someone else to do it for you. Make sure your details are
correct in QRZ.com.

PS: Please make sure your QSL contains all the basic information which could
make the card even more useful and interesting to the recipient : eg your
WAB Area, your Grid Locator, your County/Region etc. [It's surprising how
many G QSLs omit this type of basic data.]
