2 possible solutions for this great little event:-

1) Move date to a midwinter month when propagation favours wider inter UK
working, and

2) Later start - say 09-10.

PS: Tongue in cheek I am tempted to suggest also the widening of RoPoCo's
scope to include F-xxxxx postcodes in honour of its founder!!
