[UK-CONTEST] NFD Results

I see this is not mentioned on the home page yet. There seems to be a 
problem in keeping the 'Latest Site Updates' in step with the actual 
updates. You have to hunt for the NFD results, like we had to do for 
the June CC CW ones. But I see that the July CC CW ones are on there.

Congratulations to Reading for winning the two top places in the NFD 
'QRP' (10W) section. Bracknell was not on this year as we were at our 
local church anniversary fete (our club meeting place).
