[UK-CONTEST] W0GJ in Oxford

Glenn W0GJ and his xyl will be in Oxford in early September and we are
organising a get-together on the evening of Saturday 9th September. Glenn
will make some presentations including, of course, Bhutan, followed by
dinner. Timings to be determined, but no doubt folk will start arriving from
midday onwars, with the presentations early evening.

The venue is the Oxford Thames Four Pillars Hotel, Sandford (just off the
Oxford bypass - http://www.four-pillars.co.uk/Thames/home.html). Dinner (3
courses) will be £27.95 (which also covers the cost of hiring the meeting
room). We have also been able to negotiate a special price with the hotel
for those who wish to stay over the Saturday night - £89 (significantly
better than the standard rate - but only for a limited number of rooms -
first come, first served). John G3LZQ and his xyl will be travelling down
from Hull, and other notable DXers and contesters are expected.

If you are interested in attending, please let me know a.s.a.p. (by the end
of this week if at all possible), including whether you will want
accommodation. Bookings through me please, rather than direct with the
hotel, to get this rate.
