Hi All

Depends on the objective. Question: Is NFD about simplicity and
learning what's required to set up an emergency station quickly; to
devise methods for conserving limited resources; and to maintain a
station operating under field conditions for several days on end? If
so, then it seems to me that only the 100 watt and QRP restricted
sections are relevant here.
Of course, if it's really just another excuse to clog up all the bands
for most of a weekend with yet another b****y contest: then be sure to
include sections that promote the use of multiple beams and 10 kW
generators. And be sure to encourage lots of participation from fixed
stations to keep the run rates high.

See (1) above.

No country multipliers, please.

> multipliers serves no purpose)
No thanks.
