I am not saying what can or can't be discussed Chris.
What I am saying, AGAIN, is that Cluster is an operator and it is up to
a group whether are not they deploy that option.
Look at General Rule 7 A and B. You would then need C for MO but No
Cluster, and maybe D for MO but only one computer and F etc etc..
Look at 21/28MHz rules. It is quite specific, Use of DX Cluster puts the
entry into Multi operator category.
An entry is either Single Operator or Multi Operator.
I happen to agree with all the comments regarding DX Cluster. Even for
day to day monitoring it is abominable.
*** BUT, I would defend to the hilt, any group's decision to use the
additional operator if they so wished.***
Is this point too difficult to understand?
