[UK-CONTEST] QSLs

Hi All,
As one who enjoys both operating contests and sending and receiving QSL cards, I appeal to all stations to state their QSLing policy on their listing on QRZ.com.
In particular, amateurs who are not members of their national society and who do not receive buro cards should indicate that fact on QRZ.
Of course one should always indicate during normal QSOs if you operate a no QSL or a restricted QSling policy.
