I recently bought an IC-756 ProIII and used it on SSB for the first time in the first 80m CC SSB leg. I used a Proset 4 and the standard ICOM interface connector. Ignoring the fact that I had the mike gain and speech compression far too low it worked OK. Geoff G4FKA
