I remember those days too. In particular, one group who I recall
announcing, "tuning both ends in and inside out" Still young and wet behind
the ears, I couldn't fail to be impressed. Though I did wonder what on earth
they were on about. Still do.

seem to accord totally with the rules. As ever the less experienced will
usually repeat both callsigns but this is often quite sensible anyway.
