So, we know REF is a great example - perhaps the best worldwide !?  Also 
then, perhaps it is something that we should ask our new editors to strive 
to attain, but bearing in mind Steve JVG's previous comments (who definitely 
was on our side!) it might still be unrealistic.

Can anyone tell us how much contesting coverage there is, on average, in the 
DL, W, JA, I, SP, EA, VK national society magazines.  This would give us a 
greater understanding of where RadCom really lies.

With the current evidence, RadCom looks to be a very poor second to REF. 
But on a wider scale, does it still fare as badly ?  This is a survey of 
just two samples so far.
