Hi Steve,

I'm not surprised really - this weekend was a 'good example'...  Nowhere to 
run, nowhere to hide...

UBA SSB, REF CW, BARTG Sprint RTTY, *and* CQ 160 CW ?

Flexible band segments don't really work when you've got several contests 
occupying all of them simultaneously.

And given the sunspot conditions, I think that effectively leaves the HF 
non-contesters to fight over the 50 kHz that is 30m.  I can certainly 
sympathise with the non-contesters' situation, and believe they've got a 
very valid complaint on the more congested weekends.  But apart from not 
operating in contests, what else should I do?
