[UK-CONTEST] Draft of new licence

Hi Colin et al

Good work from the RSGB and Dave G3UEG, well done.

I would like the new licence to enable me to to use my own callsign from
someone elses fixed station in a contest.

Hence to be able to pre-inform OFCOM of the 24/48 hour operation, and
then use my call sans /anything to speed up the exchange. (Just like the
special contest calls).

Agree, and that was suggested during our discussions.

as per Clause 10(6), interested point - reverse engineering! I'll
check.

There is a Ofcom/RSGB meeting scheduled for July 11th and BR68 is of
course on the agenda. I am led to believe we can still make minor
changes, correct typos, omissions, obvious mistakes etc. Please let me

have your polite and positive comments before July 10th.

All I can say is - ongoing.
