Hi Dave. Ref results publishing, I think it is all down to specified policy.

Re BTW1 - sounds like Dave NKC's environment. Knowing Dave, he won't be 
happy about that one getting through either his lop or further down the 
line.

Re BTW2 - looks like they have gone QRP !!  (That's me kicked out of the 
group then!)
