Tom,

So what your saying is that you can win an RSGB contest but be a loser at
the same time? I think we all contest to win, that will not change under the
proposed solution, remember that there is normally a contest team under the
roof of most clubs. The question is, do you think the chance of representing
their nation will be enough to hook them? I think so.
