[UK-CONTEST] IARU Contest;Level playing-field?

I don't see a problem in that firstly it is now an established practice 
for this contest over several years, so we are just lagging behind in 
our thinking. Even if the adjudicators rule it out, the DLs will still 
be there in droves supporting their team because they are now used to 
doing it. Secondly, I don't see any problem in it being clarified and 
marketed to the UK that the system of using multiple calls as discussed 
is acceptable and desirable in this event. Again, to a lesser extent it 
already exists in the UK as has been pointed out. I guess it all depends 
on whether we want to win or be boring Brit. After all, we've got 
Commonwealth Contest for that.
