[UK-CONTEST] WOW kudos to the ARRL Awards Section

On the 20th July at 2150z I noticed I had qualified for WAS on CW  via LOTW
so I submitted my claim.
Imagine my surprise when this morning the postman delivered the Certificate
postmarked 21 july 2006.
I might add not the fancy pre-printed version but an obvious USA Quarto
Computer generated certificate
But they all count I guess.
