Well done to the Lichfield team, Dave and thanks for your prompt report.
I was beginning to think we were going to see the same silliness that
appears in some events where top teams won't declare their score in case
the competition alters theirs!! Good mature thinking, Dave.
Just goes to show what you can achieve when SJJ isn't there to get in
the way! Still wading through loads of home improvement projects here.
Would be nice to think I could be clear for IOTA but not so sure at the
moment. Sure am learning a lot about brickwork, plastering, door
hanging, fireplaces.All a prelude to actually re-decorating, but of no
use to contesting!
Just one observation. Judging from the comments so far regarding team
make-up, plus knowledge of other teams, it looks as though 3 ops is just
about right, which is why I didn't really think my absence would cause a
problem, but thanks for the recognition that I might have been able to
make a positive contribution! Not sure why you would feel it extra
tiring unless your age is showing!!
