[UK-CONTEST] Score publishing

For what it's worth,

With the single exception of the Clubs Call Contest,
SD scores RSGB contests correctly and gives a correct
claimed (pre-adjudicated) score.

SD runs on any Windows PC and is free from
www.ei5di.com/sd/sdsetup.exe.

SDR scores RSGB Cabrillo logs correctly, with the single
exception of the Clubs Call Contest. It identifies dupes
and mults, and gives a correct claimed (pre-adjudicated)
score.

SDR is free to contest organisers on request.

For SDR to work, the Cabrillo QSO records must be to
RSGB specifications - as published in
www.contesting.co.uk/hfcc/information/cabrillo.shtml.

Non-standard "Cabrillo" logs simply mean extra work for
someone. It is time to insist on correctly formatted logs?
